MILLET PORRIDGE WITH SEASONAL FRESH FRUIT: For a healthy start to the day Ingredients for 1 cup: • 350 ml Rice drinks Scotti • 1 cup of millet • pinch of salt • seasonal fresh fruit

Preparation: mix all ingredients in a blender or with an immersion blender for 50s and serve in a glass.

BLUEBERRY TROPICAL SHAKE: after physical activity Ingredients for 1 glass of beverage: • 250 ml Rice drinks with coconut Scotti • 30 g of blueberry (or frozen) • 1 banana • 2 teaspoons honey

Preparation: mix all ingredients in a blender or with an immersion blender for 50s and serve in a glass.

“CHOCO BANANA” PUDDING COOKING- FREE: Delicious pudding without a guilty conscience (without bad feeling) Ingredients for 1 cup pudding: • 250 ml Rice drinks with cocoa Scotti • 1 banana • 60 g of chia seeds • 3 walnut kernels

Preparation: mix ½ banana with the rice with cocoa drink, add and stir manually chia seeds and refrigerate them for 12 hours. Decorate the pudding with banana rings, walnut kernels and dried chia seeds.

OATS “SUPER FIBER” SHAKE: before or after the main meals of the day Ingredients for 1 glass of beverage: • 250 ml oat drinks Scotti • 20 g of oat flakes • 1 banana • 9 grams of flaxseed (= approx 1 heaped teaspoon)

Preparation: mix all ingredients in a blender or with an immersion blender for 60s. Leave to stand in the refrigerator overnight. Take a drink in the morning or between meals
